Details of the Job/Internship

LawSikho is hiring an Academic Counsellor with relevant experience to work remotely. The role involves guiding students, supporting their academic journey and helping them achieve their learning goals without any sales or target pressure.

Role and Responsibilities

• Guide students in selecting suitable courses and learning paths.
• Conduct orientation and counselling sessions for new and existing students.
• Monitor student progress, attendance and performance.
• Address student queries and learning challenges with empathy.
• Coordinate with faculty and academic teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain updated student records and counselling logs.
• Organise academic workshops, mentoring sessions and motivational activities.
• Assist in resolving student grievances and fostering a positive academic environment.

Salary/Stipend

₹25,000 per month (fixed) + Performance Incentive up to ₹10,000 per month.
