LawSikho is hiring Admissions Sales Representatives for a fully remote role open to freshers and career switchers.
Role and Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential customers through provided leads and digital sources.
- Schedule and conduct virtual meetings with decision-makers.
- Understand customer needs using a consultative sales approach.
- Perform consistent and persistent follow-ups to drive conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions experience.
Eligibility
- Fresh graduates or final-year students.
- Professionals from non-sales backgrounds seeking a career switch.
- Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
- Basic comfort with technology and digital tools.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus but not mandatory.
