Details of the Job/Internship

LawSikho is hiring for the position of Academic Counsellor to join their office remotely.

• Working Days: Sunday to Thursday (Friday & Saturday Off)

Role and Responsibilities

• Engage with warm leads generated through digital platforms and referrals.
• Make 100–120 follow-up calls daily to connect with potential learners.
• Schedule and conduct detailed 20–25 minute consultation calls with 5 qualified prospects per day.
• Use a consultative sales approach to understand candidates' goals and recommend the right course.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, progress, and updates in the CRM system.
• Follow up consistently via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to drive conversions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless admissions process.

Eligibility

• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• High energy, discipline, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to handle follow-ups professionally and persistently.
• Prior experience in counselling, inside sales, or ed-tech sales is a plus.

Salary/Stipend

₹25,000 – ₹27,000 (In-hand) + Unlimited Incentives
