Details of the Job/Internship

LawSikho is hiring an Academic Counsellor / Closure Specialist for a 100% remote role. The position involves consultative selling, engaging with prospective learners, and driving course enrolments.

Role and Responsibilities

• Make 100–120 warm calls per day without cold calling.
• Engage with 5–7 prospects daily through detailed conversations of 20–25 minutes.
• Follow up with prospects through email and WhatsApp.
• Identify and qualify potential customers from provided leads and digital sources.
• Conduct virtual meetings with decision-makers.
• Update CRM regularly and coordinate with internal teams.
• Use a consultative approach and follow up extensively to drive conversions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and status updates.
• Ensure a smooth admissions experience through cross-team collaboration.

Eligibility

Candidates from a professional course sales background with confidence in consultative selling and driving closures.

Salary/Stipend
