Details of the Job/Internship

LawSikho is hiring an Academic Counselor in Noida to manage leads, conduct virtual meetings, and support prospective students through the admissions process. The role involves high-volume outreach and consultative engagement with potential customers.

Role and Responsibilities

• Make 100–120 warm calls per day.
• Conduct 20–25 minute daily meetings with 5 prospects.
• Follow up with prospects via Email and WhatsApp.
• Identify and qualify potential customers from provided leads and digital sources.
• Maintain CRM updates and coordinate with internal teams.
• Use a consultative approach and strong follow-ups to drive conversions.
• Accurately document interactions and status in CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions process.

Eligibility

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups daily.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and documentation.
• Consultative sales or counseling experience preferred.

Salary/Stipend
