LawSikho is hiring Academic Counselors to join their fast-growing Ed-Tech team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to counsel students and working professionals on course offerings.
- Achieve a daily talktime target of 200 minutes through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
- Drive monthly revenue between ₹6 to ₹10 lakhs through successful student conversions.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs to ensure a perfect match.
- Maintain a high conversion rate by nurturing leads with a personalized counseling approach.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to optimize lead quality and enrollment success.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales pipeline updates using CRM tools.
Eligibility
- One to two years of experience in academic counseling, telesales, or inside sales in Ed-Tech or related industries is preferred, though freshers can also apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one regional language.
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
- Target-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others achieve their learning goals.
- Familiarity with CRM software and call productivity tools is a plus.
