Details of the Job/Internship
National Law University Delhi (NLU Delhi) is looking for a candidate for the position of Academic Fellow to join them at their office in New Delhi.
Position as per the field of Law:
- Constitutional Law (01).
- Law & Technology (01).
- Legal Research (01).
- Business Law (01).
- ADR / Sports Law (01).
Role and Responsibilities
- The Academic Fellow shall be expected to assist research work, in relevant areas in consultation with the University. They shall be primarily required to research and publish at least three papers (One Scopus and two International) in a year. They shall also be expected to contribute other academic/ administrative pursuits in the University.
- The work involved will require excellent research and writing skills in the concerned field.
Eligibility
- LL.M. with a specialization in the concerned field from a recognised Indian or foreign university with minimum 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever a grading system is followed), and a good academic record.
- Demonstrable research track record in the concerned subject.
- Prior research experience, including field work and data collection, is highly desirable.
Salary/Stipend
Rs. 50,000 per month (Subject to TDS deduction @10% under the Income Tax Act).
