Modi Properties Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the position of Accounts Officer – Tax & Legal Coordination with 5+ years of experience to join their office in Secunderābād, Telangana.
Role and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support GST-related litigation and assessments.
- Draft responses to tax notices and manage associated documentation.
- Liaise with auditors, legal counsels, and tax authorities for hearings and appeals.
- Maintain organized legal and financial records for compliance and proceedings.
- Ensure timely filing of GST returns and other statutory documents.
- Support tax planning and risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with internal teams.
- Provide administrative and documentation support during audits and reviews.
Eligibility
- Education: B.Com or M.Com (mandatory); LL.B. is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in taxation, legal coordination, or compliance (real estate or CA firm experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of GST laws and related regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting concepts and financial documentation.
- Excellent communication and drafting skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders.
