Details of the Job/Internship
NCheng LLP seeks a proactive Executive Assistant to support director-level management. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, US-based org/client experience, and exposure to accounting/finance.
Role and Responsibilities
As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external clients
- Managing the Director's calendar, travel arrangements, and expense reports
- Organizing and preparing for meetings, presentations, and events
- Handling correspondence, phone calls, and emails
- Developing and maintaining an efficient documentation and filing system
- Performing various administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Eligibility
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience as an Admin and Executive Assistant, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in MS Office and other office applications
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Experience working with US-based organizations and clients is desirable.
- Experience with accounting or finance companies is a plus.
Note: Since this role is US based, candidates with US exposure will be preferred.
