Details of the Job/Internship
Tectra Technologies is seeking detail-oriented and organized candidates for the Admission Manager position. This role involves developing long-term strategies and ensuring consistent quality in counseling and admission practices throughout the company.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage the Counsellors and Telecallers .
- Hires, trains, and manages counsellors and admissions Executives.
- Lead and motivate the team.
- Manage performance.
- Solve problems.
- Training employees on efficient Counselling and Admission Process.
- Delegate works.
- Working with colleagues to ensure consistency in quality counselling and admission practice across the company
- Outlining a long-term storage strategy
- Need to do presentation in colleges and institutions.
Eligibility
- The ideal candidate should have a graduate degree
- Should have 5+ years of experience in study abroad consultancy,(Counselling and Admission Process. Especially as an Admission Manager / Assistant Manager/ Team Leader
- Strong Confidence to Prepare and deliver presentations in Institutions and Fairs.
- Must have an in-depth understanding of the admissions and enrolment process
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong Commanding power
Salary/Stipend
₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
