Details of the Job/Internship

Tectra Technologies is seeking detail-oriented and organized candidates for the Admission Manager position. This role involves developing long-term strategies and ensuring consistent quality in counseling and admission practices throughout the company. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage the Counsellors and Telecallers .
• Hires, trains, and manages counsellors and admissions Executives.
• Lead and motivate the team.
• Manage performance.
• Solve problems.
• Training employees on efficient Counselling and Admission Process.
• Delegate works.
• Working with colleagues to ensure consistency in quality counselling and admission practice across the company
• Outlining a long-term storage strategy
• Need to do presentation in colleges and institutions.

Eligibility

• The ideal candidate should have a graduate degree
• Should have 5+ years of experience in study abroad consultancy,(Counselling and Admission Process. Especially as an Admission Manager / Assistant Manager/ Team Leader
• Strong Confidence to Prepare and deliver presentations in Institutions and Fairs.
• Must have an in-depth understanding of the admissions and enrolment process
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong Commanding power

Salary/Stipend

₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
