Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct research on disputes, escalation patterns, and influencing factors.
• Assist in dispute analysis and conflict mapping.
• Contribute to mediation practice and process design.
• Prepare research briefs, analytical notes, and practical toolkits.
• Participate in organisational projects related to dispute resolution.
