Details of the Job/Internship

SolarWinds is hiring a Legal Counsel – Commercial Contracts with 1–3 years of experience to support global procurement operations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Negotiate and review MSAs, SOWs, SaaS, licensing, services agreements, and other commercial documents.
• Develop negotiation playbooks to support faster deal closure.
• Act as the legal anchor for procurement and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support AI and privacy governance by assessing data use, compliance risks, and responsible AI practices.
• Ensure alignment with GRC and IT requirements.
• Assist in managing the OneTrust workflow with InfoSec, IT, and Finance.
• Develop training materials for internal stakeholders on procurement workflows and OneTrust processes.
• Maintain a structured CLMS-based contract repository for visibility, accuracy, renewals, and audit readiness.

Eligibility

• LL.B. in Tech and Corporate Law preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in technology, SaaS contracting, or commercial legal functions.
• Strong written and verbal negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to balance risk with business requirements and make clear decisions.
• Flexibility to work across global time zones.
