Details of the Job/Internship

Blackbull Law House is hiring an Advisory Specialist with experience of 8–12 years to join their office in Delhi, India. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advisory on financial planning, fundraising strategy, and valuation mechanisms.
• Guide clients on legal compliance, regulatory frameworks, and corporate structuring.
• Support management teams with business strategy, operational efficiency, and risk management.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and consulting teams to deliver integrated advisory solutions.
• Conduct detailed analyses and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
• Develop structured reports, advisory notes, and advisory documentation.
• Provide consultative training and maintain effective client communication.

Eligibility

• Minimum 8–12 years of professional experience in finance, management consulting, or legal advisory.
• Strong understanding of fundraising, financial structuring, and the regulatory environment in India.
• Proven experience in advisory roles.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a corporate legal or consulting environment preferred.
