Details of the Job/Internship

LEx Aeterna Practices is hiring an Advocate – Banking & Finance with 5–7 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating documents for banking, finance, and real estate transactions.
• Providing legal opinions and advisory on regulatory and contractual matters.
• Conducting title verification and due diligence for real estate transactions.
• Handling litigation, including drafting pleadings and representing clients before courts and tribunals.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable banking, finance, and real estate regulations.
• Coordinating with clients, internal teams, authorities, and external counsel.

Eligibility

• LLB from a recognised university.
• LLM will be an added advantage.
• 5–7 years of PQE in banking, finance, and real estate matters.
• Experience in documentation, advisory, and litigation.
• Prior law firm or in-house experience is preferred.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
