Details of the Job/Internship
LEx Aeterna Practices is hiring an Advocate – Real Estate with strong expertise in property law and documentation to join their team in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and issue due diligence and title reports for banks, financial institutions, and developers.
- Draft, review, and negotiate property-related documents, including development agreements, sale deeds, lease deeds, joint venture agreements, and powers of attorney.
- Provide transactional and advisory support under RERA, redevelopment, and slum rehabilitation projects.
- Manage lease and assignment documentation for MIDC and CIDCO properties.
- Advise clients on agricultural and non-agricultural land transactions.
- Draft documentation for large-scale projects such as medical cities, IT parks, hotels, and townships.
- Conduct property due diligence, prepare title certificates, and draft legal opinions.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B).
- Strong experience in real estate and property documentation.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Client-focused and process-oriented with strong teamwork and planning abilities.
