Details of the Job/Internship

UK Realty is hiring an Advocate – Slum Act Expert with 3–5 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and representation for slum redevelopment projects.
• Draft and review legal documents related to property and compliance.
• Liaise with government bodies and manage legal documentation.
• Handle disputes and ensure legal compliance with the Slum Act.
• Conduct AGMs and SGMs.
• Extract CTS plans and PR cards.
• Perform Marathi typing as required.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution.
• Enrolled with the Bar Council and licensed to practice law in India.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar legal role.
• Proven expertise in the Slum Act and real estate law.
• Proficient in Marathi typing.

Salary/Stipend
