Details of the Job/Internship

Tech Turmeric Services is hiring Advocate Associate, Non litigation-RERA with the experience of 3 to 4 years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Review and analyse legal documents in order to identify potential risks and issues associated with the documents.
• Ensure that all contracts and agreements adhere to all prevailing legal and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) 3 years / 5 years.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of post-qualification experience in Real Estate.
• Strong understanding of Real Estate laws and legal principles.
• Ability to work hard and respond within tight deadlines, strong emphasis on good quality, timely, and well-presented documents, strong ability to plan, multi-task, and organize routine work.
• Ability to research case laws/judgments and find relevant references/citations relating to the documents.
• Ability to handle a client interfacing role.
• Structuring of transactions as per clientele brief.
• Advising the clients on the transaction on a legal forefront.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Proficiency in using all Microsoft Office tools.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
