Rajendra Law Office LLP is hiring Advocate Associate Partners specializing in Civil and Criminal Litigation to join their office in Chennai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle and manage Civil and Criminal Litigation cases independently.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare case documents.
• Draft pleadings, petitions, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings.
• Consult with clients and provide professional legal opinions.
• Negotiate settlements and manage case strategies effectively.
• Collaborate with other attorneys within the firm on multifaceted legal issues.

Eligibility

• LLB or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
• Enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• Proven experience in handling Civil and Criminal Litigation cases.
• Strong skills in legal research, drafting, and client communication.
• Excellent negotiation and advocacy abilities.
• High ethical standards and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
