Adv. Kumar Deepraj is a first-generation lawyer who provides legal services in civil, commercial, and white-collar crimes in New Delhi. He is a graduate of Lloyd Law College - India and an alumnus of the 19th Human Rights Summer School organized by ELCOP in Bangladesh. He has also worked at the Legislative Department, Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India, where he assisted in drafting some major bills such as the Fugitive Economic Offenders Bill and the Surrogacy Amendment Bill.

Details of the Job/Internship

Adv. Kumar Deepraj is hiring Advocate Associate with the experience of 2 to 6 years to join their office in New Delhi.

• Practice areas: civil and commercial;
• Practicing courts: Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, and Delhi district courts.
• Reporting Office: A Law Firm at Defence Colony, New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• End-to-end stage of the case assigned to them which will include drafting/research, follow-ups with clerks, etc. as well as making appearances before respective forums.

Eligibility

• PQE: 2 - 6 Years (Candidates not falling in this criteria must not apply).
• Candidates not having requisite experience in civil and commercial Litigation are requested not to apply.
