Details of the Job/Internship

The Law Chambers of Akshay Bajpai is hiring an Advocate Associate with a minimum of 2 years’ experience to join its team in Lucknow. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal representation before Hon’ble Courts and Tribunals.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.
• Draft pleadings, petitions, applications, and other legal documents.
• Review legal documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Advise clients on banking litigation and related matters.
• Manage multiple cases independently.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree (minimum).
• PQE of 2 years (preference for candidates with banking litigation experience).
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Drafting experience in pleadings and petitions.
• Knowledge of legal regulations and compliance related to banking litigation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Salary/Stipend
