Details of the Job/Internship

Rajendra Law Office LLP is hiring an Advocate Associate Partner – High Court to join its Chennai office on a full-time, on-site basis. The office is located in Chennai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle High Court litigation matters.
• Conduct client consultations and provide legal opinions.
• Undertake legal research and case preparation.
• Draft and review legal documents and pleadings.
• Represent clients before the court.
• Collaborate with advocates and legal professionals on case strategy.

Eligibility

• Expertise in constitutional law, civil law, and criminal law.
• Experience in litigation, High Court representation, and case management.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Law degree from a recognised institution and enrolment with the Bar Council.
• Prior experience in High Court matters and fluency in Tamil and English are desirable.
