Details of the Job/Internship
XpressLegal Advocates is hiring Advocates at all levels—Associates, Senior Associates, and Associate Partner—for its Navi Mumbai office. Associates handle drafting legal opinions, vetting, and legal audits; Senior Associates lead teams of Associates; and Associate Partners manage the firm’s legal operations, client guidance, and team leadership.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documentation.
- Prepare comprehensive legal opinion reports (TSR/LSR) and conduct legal audits.
- Lead and manage teams of associates (for Senior Associate and Associate Partner roles).
- Provide guidance and advice to clients on critical due diligence and legal issues.
- Ensure timely, error-free legal reporting and smooth coordination between clients, teams, and partners.
- Manage multiple legal cases, meeting deadlines under pressure.
Eligibility
- Law degree (LL.B.) or equivalent with practical experience.
- Associates: 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Senior Associates: 2–5 years of experience with team management readiness.
- Strong knowledge of contracts, property laws, mortgage laws, MHADA, CIDCO, SRA, MIDC, and corporate regulations.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
