The platform streamlines legal operations by enabling case management across Indian courts, automation of legal processes, client collaboration, online dispute resolution, and generation of legal notices.
Details of the Job/Internship
Legodesk is hiring an Advocate – Debt Recovery Proceedings with experience of to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage litigation cases and represent clients before courts.
- Draft legal notices, pleadings, and conduct in-depth legal research.
- Liaise with clients and assist in case management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal guidelines and procedures.
Eligibility
- Strong knowledge and experience in litigation management and case representation in Indian courts.
- Proficiency in legal research, drafting legal notices, pleadings, and preparing contracts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with legal teams and clients while providing strategic legal advice.
- Proficiency in using legal technology tools and platforms.
- Legal degree (LLB or equivalent) and enrollment with the State Bar Council.
- Prior experience in corporate litigation or financial services is a plus.
