Details of the Job/Internship
GST Advocates LLP is hiring an Advocate – Drafting & Indirect Taxes with experience of 0–1 year to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft notices, appeals, writs, etc.
- Conduct legal research on taxation laws.
- Assist in preparing legal opinions, notices, and appeals.
- Maintain and update legal records and documentation.
Eligibility
- LLB from a recognized university; Bar Council registration is preferred.
- Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Strong knowledge of indirect tax laws such as GST, Customs, Excise, and Service Tax.
- Excellent drafting, legal writing, and research skills.
- Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Preference will be given to candidates having prior experience in tax litigation.
