Ambani and Associates LLP is hiring an Advocate – Drafting & Legal Contracting with 0-1 year of experience, including fresh graduates, for a full-time role at their Delhi office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to accounting and financial services.
- Conduct legal research on corporate laws, taxation laws, and compliance regulations.
- Assist in preparing legal opinions, notices, and policy documents.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Handle correspondence with regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
- Support dispute resolution and legal advisory functions.
- Maintain and update legal records and documentation.
Eligibility
- LLB from a recognized university.
- Bar Council registration preferred.
- 0-1 year of experience (freshers may apply).
- Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and financial regulations.
- Excellent drafting, legal writing, and research skills.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
