Details of the Job/Internship

They are seeking a skilled and experienced Advocate specializing in Drafting and Pleading to join their legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal documentation, litigation procedures, and court representation.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting legal documents, contracts, agreements, petitions, and pleadings.
• Representing clients in courts, tribunals, and legal proceedings.
• Conducting legal research to support case strategies and arguments.
• Advising clients on legal rights, obligations, and strategies.
• Liaising with clients, courts, and legal authorities for case updates and hearings.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
• Enrollment with the Bar Council and a valid license to practice law.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in legal drafting and court representation.
• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in legal software and case management tools.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
