Ambani and Associates LLP is hiring an Advocate – Drafting & Legal Contracting with 0–1 year of experience to join their office in Ashok Vihar, Phase-1, Delhi. This role is ideal for fresh law graduates or professionals with experience in legal drafting, contract management, and compliance. The candidate will work closely with the legal and finance teams to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards in accounting and financial transactions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to accounting and financial services.
- Conduct legal research on corporate laws, taxation laws, and compliance regulations.
- Assist in preparing legal opinions, notices, and policy documents.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements applicable to the accounting sector.
- Handle correspondence with regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
- Support dispute resolution and legal advisory functions within the firm.
- Maintain and update legal records and documentation.
Eligibility
- LLB from a recognized university.
- Bar Council registration is preferred.
- 0–1 year of experience (freshers can apply).
- Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and financial regulations.
- Excellent drafting, legal writing, and research skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
