Details of the Job/Internship

FourFold Legal is hiring an Advocate with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) matters to join their office in Noida. The role requires independently filing, representing, and arguing cases before the DRT, along with a sound understanding of procedures across various DRTs.

Role and Responsibilities

• File, represent, and argue matters before the Debt Recovery Tribunal.
• Manage DRT-related cases independently.
• Ensure compliance with DRT procedures and practices.

Eligibility

• Law degree with Advocate registration.
• Minimum 2 years of practical experience in DRT matters.
• Ability to independently handle filing, representation, and arguments before the DRT.
• Understanding of procedures and functioning of multiple DRTs.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
