Details of the Job/Internship

FourFold Legal is hiring an Advocate – DRT Matters with 2–3 years of experience to join their litigation team in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in DRT/SARFAESI litigation and arbitration matters.
• Draft and file legal documents, including Vakalatnamas and pleadings.
• Appear before Debt Recovery Tribunals across North India.
• Handle both physical and e-filing procedures.
• Travel to DRT locations in Delhi, Jaipur, Lucknow, Chandigarh, etc.

Eligibility

• 2–3 years of DRT litigation experience.
• Filed Vakalatnama in at least 10+ DRT cases.
• Strong command over SARFAESI Act, RDDBFI Act, and related laws.
• Proficient in drafting and litigation procedures.
• Willing to travel across North India.

Salary/Stipend

₹35,000 – ₹40,000/month
