Details of the Job/Internship
Soul AI is hiring for the position of Advocate with 2+ years of experience to join their office remotely.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, arbitration, and regulatory hearings.
- Provide strategic legal advice on issues related to business operations, contracts, IP, and dispute resolution.
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, service agreements, NDAs, and legal notices.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, especially in the areas of corporate and IP law.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to mitigate legal risks and enable business outcomes.
Eligibility
- Law degree and minimum 2 years of experience as an advocate or litigation professional.
- Sound knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and intellectual property rights.
- Strong research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle legal responsibilities in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Salary/Stipend
Up to ₹1200/hour (earn up to ₹1.08 lakh/month with an average of 3 hours/day)
