Details of the Job/Internship

Blue Inkk is hiring an Advocate – IP Litigation with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft written submissions, pleadings, writs, and rejoinders.
• Represent clients in IP litigation matters before Delhi High Court and District Courts.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.
• Attend court hearings, manage case timelines, and coordinate with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognized university.
• Enrolled with the Bar Council and eligible to practice.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IP litigation.
• Strong legal drafting, research, and court procedure skills.
• Experience in Delhi High Court and District Courts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
