Puri & Puri (Advocates) is hiring an Advocate with expertise in Intellectual Property Rights and litigation to join their Delhi office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and file suits, written statements, replications, rejoinders, and applications.
• Handle matters before High Courts and District Courts.
• Provide strategic legal advice on IPR-related disputes.
• Represent clients in complex litigation proceedings.

Eligibility

• Strong command of civil procedure and litigation strategy.
• Prior experience in IPR matters including copyright, trademark, and patent disputes.
• Proficient in courtroom advocacy and legal drafting.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence.
