Details of the Job/Internship
Memon & Co. Advocates and Associates is hiring an Advocate/Lawyer to join their office in Mumbai. This is a full-time on-site role involving both litigation and non-litigation matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle litigation and non-litigation matters.
- Draft and vet legal documents.
- Conduct in-depth legal research.
- Represent clients in court.
- Advise clients on commercial transactions, intellectual property, family law, and dispute resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop legal strategies and ensure excellent client service.
Eligibility
- Proficiency in litigation and non-litigation practices.
- Experience in legal research, drafting, and vetting documents.
- Knowledge of intellectual property law, commercial law, and family law.
- Skills in dispute resolution, arbitration, and mediation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant legal qualifications and bar admission.
