Details of the Job/Internship
White Lotus Connect Private Limited is actively hiring advocates to join their team specializing in debt collection processes for Banks and NBFCs. As a selected candidate, you will be tasked with various responsibilities related to legal proceedings and debt recovery. Role and Responsibilities
- Filing matters in court related to debt collection cases.
- Executing court orders, including but not limited to Order 17.
- Filing police complaints against defaulted customers when necessary.
- Engaging with customers to explain, negotiate, and convince them in disputed cases.
Eligibility
Requirements:
- Demonstrated sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Outstanding problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of the Indian legal process and judiciary system.
- Ability to read contracts, prepare legal documents, and assist in settling disputes.
- Prior experience in debt collection or related legal fields is preferred.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
- Advocate license in good standing with the Bar Council of India.
- Minimum 1 year of experience practicing law, preferably in debt collection or related areas.
