Details of the Job/Internship

Chittranjan, Shah, Kay Legal & Associates LLP is hiring an Advocate – Litigation & Insolvency with 4–8 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai. The role involves handling matters before the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal and the High Court, with a focus on IBC, SARFAESI and Banking Laws.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting and arguing matters relating to IBC, SARFAESI and Banking Laws.
• Representing clients before DRT, DRAT, NCLT, NCLAT and the High Court.
• Handling litigation and insolvency-related matters independently.

Eligibility

• 4–8 years of litigation experience.
• Exposure before DRT / DRAT, NCLT / NCLAT and High Court.
• Strong drafting and arguing skills in IBC, SARFAESI and Banking Laws.

Salary/Stipend
