Details of the Job/Internship
JR Compliance is hiring an Advocate – Litigation & Court Hearings with 1+ years of experience to join their office in Madipur, Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent the company and its clients in civil, criminal, and labour court proceedings.
- Appear before various courts, tribunals, and quasi-judicial authorities.
- Handle labour court hearings and advise on employment-related legal matters.
- Draft and file legal documents including petitions, replies, affidavits, written statements, etc.
- Provide legal opinions and guidance on compliance and regulatory issues.
- Maintain proper documentation, case files, and manage court schedules.
- Liaise with external counsels and government departments as necessary.
- Stay updated with relevant legal developments and legislative changes.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution.
- Must be enrolled with the Bar Council of India and licensed to practice.
- Minimum 1 year of litigation experience, especially in labour and court matters.
- Strong legal drafting, research, and courtroom representation skills.
