Genicon Legal is hiring an Advocate/Litigation lawyer with experience of 0 to 2 years to join their office in Chennai.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Advocate/Litigation Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice, representing clients in courts, negotiating settlements, and handling legal issues on a day-to-day basis.
• Handling litigation before various courts, tribunals, and quasi-judicial authorities.
• Drafting and vetting of various legal documents.
• Carry out research regarding varied legal issues and disputes.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of cases before the courts and tribunals.
• Liaise with the clients and provide legal opinion.

Eligibility

• 0-2 years of post-qualification experience in litigation.
• LLB or equivalent qualification from a reputed institution.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary/Stipend
