Details of the Job/Internship

Legodesk is hiring an Advocate (Litigations) for a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage litigation cases and represent clients before courts.
• Draft legal notices, pleadings, and contracts.
• Conduct in-depth legal research.
• Liaise with clients and provide legal advice.
• Assist in case management and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal procedures and guidelines.

Eligibility

• Strong experience in litigation management and court representation.
• Proficiency in legal research and drafting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with legal teams and clients.
• Proficiency in legal technology tools and platforms.
• Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent) and enrollment with the State Bar Council.
• Experience in corporate litigation or financial services is an advantage.

Salary/Stipend
