Details of the Job/Internship
Legodesk is hiring an Advocate (Litigations) for a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage litigation cases and represent clients before courts.
- Draft legal notices, pleadings, and contracts.
- Conduct in-depth legal research.
- Liaise with clients and provide legal advice.
- Assist in case management and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal procedures and guidelines.
Eligibility
- Strong experience in litigation management and court representation.
- Proficiency in legal research and drafting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with legal teams and clients.
- Proficiency in legal technology tools and platforms.
- Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent) and enrollment with the State Bar Council.
- Experience in corporate litigation or financial services is an advantage.
Salary/Stipend
