Chambers of Prakkash Rohira is hiring an experienced Litigation Advocate with a minimum of 2 years of PQE to handle real estate, development, and land cases, primarily before the Bombay High Court, NCLT, DRT, and RERA. The role is on an exclusive basis and requires a minimum one-year commitment.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle real estate, development, and land cases.
• Appear primarily before the Bombay High Court, NCLT, DRT, and RERA.
• Conduct independent research and drafting.
• Present cases and perform basic arguments.

Eligibility

• LL.B. with at least 2 years of experience in litigation practice.
• Experience in research, drafting, and arguing cases.
• Fluency in English.
• Punctual, disciplined, and hard-working.
• Residing and experienced in Mumbai.
• Not open to freshers or interns.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
