Details of the Job/Internship

Diwan Advocates is looking for an Advocate with 3 years of experience in Litigation, Civil, and Commercial Law for its Delhi office.

Role and Responsibilities

The Advocate will handle a wide array of tasks including representing clients in court, drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and providing legal advice. Responsibilities also include preparing case strategies, appearing before various courts and tribunals, and coordinating with clients to understand their legal needs and objectives.

Eligibility

Experience in litigation, civil law, and commercial law practice.
Proficiency in drafting legal documents and conducting legal research.
Skills in client communication and advice.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively.
Bachelor's degree in law (LLB) or higher.
Prior experience in a similar role for minimum of 3 years.
