Details of the Job/Internship
Legodesk is hiring an Advocate (Litigations) to join their office in Bengaluru. The role involves handling litigation matters, providing legal advice, preparing legal documents, representing the organisation in court, managing legal risks, negotiating agreements, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and handle litigation matters.
- Prepare legal documents.
- Represent the organisation in court.
- Manage legal risks and ensure compliance with laws.
- Negotiate agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or higher.
- Membership with the Bar Council of India is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of law and ability to handle legal issues.
- Experience in handling cases in courts and understanding court procedures.
- Proficiency in legal advice and document preparation.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience with legal software and tools is an advantage.
