Details of the Job/Internship
Legodesk is hiring an Advocate (Litigations) to join its team in Bengaluru. The role involves handling legal matters related to litigation, including managing cases, preparing legal documents, providing legal advice, and assisting in contract negotiations. The position also includes addressing legal issues, drafting and reviewing contracts, and supporting the organisation in regulatory compliance and dispute resolution.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle litigation-related legal matters and manage cases.
- Prepare legal documents.
- Provide legal advice and assist in contract negotiations.
- Address legal issues and draft and review contracts.
- Support the organisation in regulatory compliance and dispute resolution.
Eligibility
- Strong knowledge of law and experience in handling legal cases and litigation.
- Proficiency in contract negotiation and dispute resolution.
- Expertise in legal document preparation and management.
- Ability to identify, analyse, and resolve complex legal issues.
- Capability to provide actionable legal advice to support organisational decision-making.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; an LLM is advantageous.
- Prior experience working in a legal department or a law firm.
