Details of the Job/Internship

SkillDzire is hiring a part-time Advocate Skills Trainer to lead virtual sessions on Drafting and Court Practice.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct high-impact virtual training sessions focusing on legal drafting and court procedures.
• Teach students the nuances of drafting various pleadings, petitions, and legal notices.
• Guide participants on courtroom etiquettes, oral advocacy, and professional conduct.
• Create comprehensive lesson plans and instructional materials tailored for remote learning.
• Evaluate student progress through practical assignments and provide constructive, detailed feedback.
• Stay updated on the latest judicial procedures to ensure training remains industry-relevant.
• Foster an interactive learning environment that encourages practical skill implementation

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) with significant experience as a practicing advocate.
• Strong expertise in drafting complex legal documents and navigating Indian court procedures.
• Excellent verbal communication and the ability to simplify technical legal concepts.
• Proficiency in using remote teaching tools and software for creating presentations.
• Prior experience as a legal trainer or mentor is highly advantageous.
• High organizational skills to manage training schedules and trainee evaluations.
• Availability to commit to a flexible, part-time remote schedule from Hyderabad or elsewhere.
