Details of the Job/Internship

PSS Legal Advisors LLP is hiring an Advocate specializing in Corporate Transactions and Contracts with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join their office in Chennai.

Role and Responsibilities

Structure investments, mergers, and acquisitions. Draft and vet contracts. Conduct legal due diligence. Participate in corporate and business restructuring. Provide advisory services, including secretarial and FEMA compliance.

Eligibility

A degree in law and registration with the Bar Council is required. Candidates with or pursuing a CS qualification will be preferred.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
