PSS Legal, a leading law firm, seeks an Advocate specializing in Corporate Transactions and Contracts for their Chennai, Tamil Nadu office.

Eligibility

• Lawyers in practice who meet the requirements mentioned below can apply:
• Law Degree from a reputed University, enrolment with a State Bar Council. 
• Minimum of 5 years of PQE experience in handling and negotiating various Corporate Transactions including due diligence and commercial contracts and an in-depth understanding of all laws governing contracts.
• Capability of handling work independently and completing work within deadlines.
• Candidates is required to be stationed in Chennai.
• Full time work from Office from Nungambakkam, Chennai.
