Details of the Job/Internship

PSS Legal Advisors LLP is hiring an Advocate – Corporate Transactions & Contracts with experience of a minimum of 3 years to join their office in Chennai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Structure investments, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Draft and vet contracts.
• Handle legal due diligence.
• Participate in corporate and business restructuring activities.
• Provide advisory services, including secretarial and FEMA-related matters.

Eligibility

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate law, M&A transactions, and contracts.
• Knowledge of legal due diligence processes.
• Strong drafting and vetting skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Degree in Law and registration with the Bar Council.
• Candidates having or pursuing a CS qualification are preferred.

Salary/Stipend
