Details of the Job/Internship

PSS Legal Advisors LLP is hiring a Lawyer with over 4 years of post-qualification experience specializing in Corporate and Civil Litigations and Arbitrations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients before the Supreme Court, High Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, Consumer Courts, and other tribunals.
• Handle cases involving amalgamations, demergers, restructuring, shareholder disputes, recoveries, and insolvency matters.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare legal documentation.
• Manage multiple cases independently and ensure effective case strategy.
• Provide strategic legal advice and ensure compliance with relevant laws.

Eligibility

• Law Degree from a recognized university and enrolment with a State Bar Council.
• Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in litigation and arbitration.
• Strong understanding of legal procedures, documentation, and case management.
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound advice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary/Stipend
