Details of the Job/Internship
Lochan & Co is hiring an Advocate – Taxation to provide tax consultancy, draft and review tax documents, research taxation laws, and represent clients in tax disputes.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide tax consultancy services and strategic advice to clients.
- Draft, review, and research tax-related documents and agreements.
- Represent clients in tax disputes and proceedings.
- Advise clients on compliance with taxation laws and regulations.
- Stay updated with changes in tax laws and policies.
- Analyze complex tax issues and provide practical solutions.
Eligibility
- Experience in tax consultancy and strategy development.
- Skills in drafting, reviewing, and researching tax documentation.
- Knowledge of taxation laws and regulations.
- Ability to represent clients in tax disputes.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Taxation, or related field.
- Professional certification in Taxation (CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
