A.B.C Law Consultants is hiring an Advocate (Title Search & Property Law) with 1.5–2 years of experience to join their office in Kolkata. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough title searches and examination of property documents.
• Identify and resolve title issues or defects.
• Prepare detailed title search reports with complete analysis.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Verify ownership and identify claims, liens, or encumbrances on properties.

Eligibility

• Minimum 1.5–2 years of experience in property title search and examination.
• Strong understanding of property law, title verification, and banking and finance law.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
