Diwan Advocates is hiring an Advocate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in white-collar crimes to join their office in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients in courts for matters related to white-collar crimes.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.
• Draft and review legal documents.
• Provide legal advice to clients.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients.
• Stay updated with relevant laws and regulations.

Eligibility

• LLB degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in handling white-collar crime cases.
• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
